Alumni Update: Fred Thompson (Robert Morris)

Robert Morris junior Fred Thompson qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championship in the 800-meter run last Saturday at Gene Edmonds Cup at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind.

Thompson, a Woodland Hills graduate, won the event with a time of 1:54.37.

It is the second-best time in the Northeast Conference this year.
