The crowning achievement of the West Allegheny girls swimming and diving team's regular season may be its triumph at their own Christmas Invitational, but the Indians are also mounting some impressive dual meet wins.

West Allegheny defeated Moon, 94-91, in a meet where it overcame strong Moon freestylers and won the final two relays to clinch the win. Against the Tigers, Emma Pentrack won the 200 IM, Nicole Kadlecik won the 50 freestyle and Jessica Wasek won the 100 backstroke. In the relays, it was Kadlecik, Pentrack, Elizabeth Vollmer and Kaylee Musiol winning the 200 freestyle, and Kadlecik, Megan Routch, Vollmer and Pentrack winning the 400 freestyle relay.

In a battle of the Indians against North Hills, West Allegheny had to once again overcome an early deficit after the medley relay and a slew of strong opposing distance freestylers. Pentrack won the 200 IM, Kadlecik won the 50 and 100 freestyle, Musiol won the 100 butterfly and Wasek won the 100 backstroke. In the relays, Kadlecik, Eva Lagard, Vollmer and Musiol won the 200 freestyle relay and Kadlecik, Vollmer, Wasek and Pentrack won the 400 freestyle relay to cap the 97-86 win over the North Hills Indians.

West Allegheny showcased its depth in a 106-74 win against a very strong Allderdice team with plenty of individual talent. Pentrack remained dominant, winning the 200 freestyle with Kadlecik right behind her in second and Musiol and Vollmer were 1-2 in the 200 IM. Mackenzie Hammers and Kimmy Davis scored points for the Indians on the diving board. Olivia Rohal and Amanda Schlor went 1-2 in the 100 backstroke and West Allegheny took two of the top three spots in all three relays to clinch the win.
