Quotes from Trinity coach Larry Myers: "Cole has grown tremendously as a player in his four years at Trinity. He started his freshman year as middle hitter. This year he is one of our primary passers and an attacking threat out of the back row as well. He has worked hard to improve his play in all areas by playing whenever he had the chance and attending the volleyball camp at Penn State the past three years. Cole has also grown as a team leader as evident by his role of captain of this year’s squad. Cole has been instrumental in the growth of the Trinity program over his four years culminating in the team qualifying for playoffs for the first time in its history."
