Alumni Update - Jessica Pitts (LaRoche)

LaRoche sophomore center Jessica Pitts, a West Mifflin High School graduate, became the first Lady Redhawk's player to win the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Player of the Year Award in women's basketball, unseating Casey Stanton from Pitt-Greensburg who won last year.

Pitts was also selected as the AMCC Defensive Player of the Year and to the All-Conference First Team. Pitts averaged 12.3 points and 7.9 rebounds a game this season.
