Ryan Riordan recaps the game, West Allegheny versus Montour:

"When West Allegheny and Montour combined to score just eight points in an Indians win Oct. 19, Chayse Dillon could only watch because of a concussion a week earlier.

On Friday night in the WPIAL Class AAA quarterfinal, it was the Spartans who were watching Dillon run away from their defense.

Dillon, a West Allegheny running back, carried the ball 18 times for 135 yards and the game's only two touchdowns as the Indians beat their Parkway Conference foe, 14-2, at Chartiers Valley.

"I just wanted to help us to a win," Dillon said. "That's all I wanted."

Four minutes into the second quarter, Dillon capped a 16-play, 80-yard drive by taking a pitch 11 yards for a score for the first touchdown between the teams in 51/2 quarters this season."
