Prexies track team propelled by twins, others
Joe Koch breaks down the Washington track and field team:
"The Washington High School boys track and field team refuses to be swayed by early-season accomplishments and the ensuing accolades.
Senior twins Austin and Dustin Fuller won't allow it. And their Little Presidents teammates agree with them.
"They've been focused ever since we lost to Riverside by six points in the WPIAL championship meet last year," Little Prexies coach Teresa Booker said. "All of them have been pretty grounded, and they went into winter track with the idea of winning the outdoor title. They are self-motivated, and it's made my job as a coach easy."
Coupled with that motivation is a ton of talent."
