Alumni Update - Evan Gates (Carnegie Mellon)
Carnegie Mellon senior Evan Gates earned first-team honors on the All-University Athletic Association Men's Cross Country Team by finishing fourth in the UAA championship race.
Gates, a Thomas Jefferson High School graduate, had a time of 25:16.4 in the 8k race at Rochester, N.Y.
