The Sto-Rox quarterback celebrated his 17th birthday Friday night by having a hand in four touchdowns as the No. 2 Vikings defeated No. 7 North Catholic, 34-20, in a WPIAL Class A semifinal game at Dormont Stadium.

Williams completed 12 of 18 passes for 184 yards and threw two touchdowns."
