Alumni Update - Scott Dunn (Traverse City Beach Bums)

You might call South Side Beaver High School graduate Scott Dunn a utility pitcher.

The right-hander has worked as a closer, set-up man and middle reliever out of the Traverse City bullpen this year in his third season with the independent Frontier League club. Last year, he worked as a both as a starter and reliever.

Dunn, 24, is 1-1 with three saves and a 4.28 ERA in 18 games this season.

Dunn finishied his collegiate career at Slippery Rock in 2009 after originally signing with Marietta out of high school. He was a member of the Marietta team that won the 2006 NCAA Division III national championship.
