Alumni Update - Maggie Boehler (Pitt-Bradford)
Pitt-Bradford freshman forward Maggie Boehler won both the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Women's Soccer Co-Offensive Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year awards.
Boehler, a Shaler High School graduate, ranked third in the AMCC with 30 total points and was tied for second with 13 goals. She was tops in the league with five game-winning scores and ranked second on the team with four assists.
In conference play, Boehler led the league with 17 points and seven markers.
In the team’s conference opener against La Roche, Boehler became just the sixth player in program history to score four goals. She also accounted for Pitt-Bradford’s only tally in the AMCC championship match, a loss to Penn State Behrend.
Pitt-Bradford finished the season with a record of 13-6-1, matching last year’s record of 13 wins and setting a program record with eight conference wins.
