Alumni Update - Ian Bangor (Carnegie Mellon)

Carnegie Mellon sophomore men's golfer Ian Bangor, a Sewickley Academy graduate, claimed top medalist at the Tartans’ Spring Invitational at the Longue Vue Club in Penn Hills, after carding a one-over par 71. Bangor’s victory marked the sixth of his career, as he becomes the school’s all-time wins leader.

Bangor’s performance helped Carnegie Mellon earn a second-place team finish with a score of 309. California University of Pennsylvania won the invitational after firing a team round of 294.
