Sherry continues to shut down opponents for Quaker Valley hockey team

Written by Ryan Riordan on .

Quaker Valley’s offense scores 7.7 goals per game, so Parker Sherry could give up a few goals and still win every game.

But Sherry hasn’t done that. In fact, he has posted a shutout in six of his 14 starts, including the playoffs, this season.

He was close to his seventh Monday, but Kittanning’s Hunter Grafton scored with 1:37 remaining in the third period of the Quakers’ 4-1 PIHL Class A Penguins Cup semifinal victory.
