Alumni Update - Chelsea Magnusen (Penn State Behrend)

Penn State Behrend junior setter Chelsea Magnusen was a first-team selection on the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Women's Volleyball Team.

Magnusen, a Plum High School graduate, made her first appearance on the first team after earning second-team accolades a year ago.  She is second in the conference in assists (897) and is third in hitting percentage (.279).

Magnusen posted a triple-double against Buffalo State with 47 assists, 19 digs and 10 kills. She became just the fourth player in program history to 2,000 assists. Magnusen was second on the team in aces (35) and third in blocks (47).

The Lions finished the season 19-10, advanced to the AMCC finals and made their fifth appearance in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament.
