Want to find out just how good your team is? Play the team that has the top ranking in the region.

That's the task that faces the Oakland Catholic High lacrosse team when the Eagles visit unbeaten Peters Township (4-0) on Tuesday. The Indians are the top-ranked girls high school lacrosse team in Western Pennsylvania, according to Laxpower.com.

It's a big match for the 1-1 Eagles, who are 0-1 in Division 1, Section 1 following an 11-10 loss to Seton-LaSalle in the section opener this past Tuesday.

Peters Township has mowed down non-section opponents Fox Chapel Area (19-5), Neshaminy (19-3), Council Rock South (11-7) and Franklin Regional (19-6) en route to a 4-0 record. Tuesday's game is the section opener for the Indians.

The road doesn't get much easier for the Eagles following Tuesday's game. Successive games against ranked foes North Allegheny (No. 10), Shady Side Academy (No. 2) and Mt. Lebanon (No. 6) follow. The latter two games are section contests.

After those three games comes a rematch against Seton-LaSalle.
