Rod Frisco has the story of Oakland Catholic's 64-39 win over Governor Mifflin in the PIAA Class AAAA semifinal game.

"CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- It has been three weeks since Oakland Catholic crashed in the WPIAL Class AAAA girls basketball final, and the Eagles haven't forgotten.

As a result, they shot their way into the PIAA championship game with a performance Tuesday night in the PIAA semifinals that Governor Mifflin will never forget.

The Eagles hit their first eight shots from the Chambersburg Area High School floor, including an extraordinary 4-for-4 3-point display by senior Bobbi Baker, for a 14-point first quarter lead that made the remainder of their 64-39 triumph academic.

The net result: Oakland Catholic (28-2) will seek its fifth PIAA championship and its first since 2005 when it meets Archbishop Carroll (28-2) in the Class AAAA final 6 p.m. Friday at Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center."
