Alumni Update - Lauren Reynolds (Washington & Jefferson)

Washington & Jefferson senior Lauren Reynolds was selected to the 2012 Capital One Academic NCAA Division III All-District 4 Women’s Soccer Team, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

District 4 is made up of all NCAA Division III women’s soccer programs across Pennsylvania.   

Reynolds, a Norwin High School graduate, owns a 3.53 GPA as an economics major.

She scored her first career goal and finished second on the team with seven assists this fall.

During her four-year career, Reynolds was an all-conference and all-region defender, who appeared in 79 games. She helped the Presidents’ defensive unit set a school-record low for goals allowed in a season during each of her first three years with the team.

As members of the All-District First Team each player will advance to the Capital One Academic All-America Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.
