Alumni Update - Bethanie Moreschi (La Roche)

La Roche senior forward Bethanie Moreschi was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Women's Soccer Co-Offensive Player of the Year.

Moreschi, a North Hills High School graduate, became just the third La Roche women's soccer player to win AMCC Player of the Year after leading the conference in goals for the second time and ranking in the top two in points for the third time. She finished the season with 16 goals and two assists and ended her career as the school's second-leading scorer with 68 goals.

Moreschi was twice named first-team All-AMCC and was twice on the second team.

"I knew Bethanie would represent La Roche well because she was a great student athlete at North Hills," La Roche coach Miguel Lozano said. "She has done nothing but exceed my highest expectations and has been a pleasure to coach over the past four years. I'm very happy she received the AMCC Player of the Year award."
