North Allegheny boys volleyball team wins fourth tournament title at State College

The North Allegheny boys volleyball team is 4-for-4.

The Tigers claimed their fourth tournament title of the season at the State College Tournament, on April 28. The Tigers defeated Emmaus, 1-0 in the quarterfinals; York Suburban, 1-0 in the semifinals; and Northeastern, 2-0 in the championship match.

North Allegheny's performance is even more impressive when one considers the Tigers were without senior Zach Shaw, a Princeton University recruit who sat out with an injured hand.
