Alumni Update - Valerie Wagner (Penn State Behrend)
Penn State Behrend senior forward Valerie Wagner was named to the third team on the 2012 NCAA Division III Women's All-Great Lakes Region Soccer Team.
Wagner, a Montour High School graduate, was selected for the first time to the All-Region team.
Wagner was an All-Allegheny Mountain College Conference first-team choice this season after scoring eight goals and dishing out nine assists for 25 points. She completes her career as a four-time all-conference choice, including three times on the first team and Offensive Player of the Year in 2011.
Wagner graduates ranked third in career assists (21), tied for third in points (85) and fourth in goals (32). She also is first in most games played in program history with 85 games.
