Alumni Update - Sam Cline (Saint Vincent)

Saint Vincent sophomore Sam Cline, a Greater Latrobe High School graduate, wound up being declared the Presidents' Athletic Conference men's golf champion after the spring portion of the conference's championship tournament was postponed because of inclement weather.

Cline shot a three-over-par 145 in two rounds in the fall portion of the tournament in October. He shot a 68 on the opening day Par 71, 6,563 yard Oak Tree Country Club course in West Middlesex, then shot a 77 on the second day, but held on for a two-stroke win over Thiel's Bryan Smith.
