2012 1203 Zanetta headPitt wrestler Anthony Zanetta won his fourth open tournament title of the season at the Penn State Open on Sunday, Dec. 2. Zanetta, senior who is redshirting this season, posted a 5-0 record in the 125-pound weight class.

Zanetta, a graduate of Keystone Oaks High School, upset No. 2 ranked Nico Megaludis of Penn State, 3-2, in the championship match.

Zanetta opened the tournament with a 17-0 win over Clarion's Ronald Hicks in the first round, then recorded a 15-2 win against Lock Haven's Caleb Lemaire. In the quarterfinals, Zanetta posted an 8-1 win against Ohio State's Nick Roberts. He advanced to the title match with a pin of North Carolina's Brian Bokoski in the semifinals.
