Alumni Update - Nick Carnicella (Indiana University of Pennsylvania)

Indiana University of Pennsylvania junior guard Nick Carnicella was a first-team selection on the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West Team.

Carnicella, a Hempfield High School graduate, helps lead an offense that is eighth in NCAA Division II with an average of 285 yards a game while also averaging 37.3 points and 445.4 total yards.

IUP is 10-1 and won its first PSAC championship game win since 1987 with a 41-10 victory over Shippensburg last Saturday. IUP is the the No. 3 seed in Super Region One of the Division II playoffs.

IUP hosts Shepherd in a first-round game on Saturday.
