Alumni Update - Cory McGinnis (Great Falls Voyagers)

Cory McGinnis has gotten off to a rough start in his professional baseball career.

The right-hander from Hampton High School is 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA after three starts with the Chicago White Sox's Great Falls farm club in the rookie-level Pioneer League. The White Sox choose McGinnis in the 22nd round of last month's draft from Auburn-Montgomery.

McGinnis, 22, was 6-4 with a 4.42 ERA this spring for Auburn-Montgomery in 18 games, 13 starts.
