Central Catholic lacrosse team to faces two ranked opponents in last four games
Following Saturday's out of section game with Latrobe, the Central Catholic Vikings have four games remaining, and two of them are against ranked opponents.
The 5-5 Vikings meet Division 1, Section 1 rival Bethel Park (5-8) on Wednesday. The game will be the final home game for the Vikings, who finish the regular season with three road games.
Following a game at No. 9 Butler (8-3) on Friday, the Vikings visit No. 3 Sewickley Academy (9-2) on May 9. Central concludes the season at 0-8 Fox Chapel.
The game with Sewickley Academy is a big one for the Vikings. Central is 1-3 in Division 1, Section 1, while the Panthers are tied with Mt. Lebanon for the section lead at 4-0.
