Alumni Update - Chris Grooms (Slippery Rock)

Slippery Rock sophomore Chris Grooms made the All-NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional team in men's cross country by finishing in 12th place at the regional championship meet at Lock Haven, Pa.

Grooms, a Butler High School graduate, was the top Slippery Rock finisher, covering the 10,000-meter course in 31:45.

Slippery Rock finished fourth in the team standings.
