Alumni Update - Todd Thomas (Pitt)

Pitt redshirt freshman linebacker Todd Thomas started in the 28-6 loss to Southern Methodist in the Compass Bowl on Saturday at Birmingham, Ala. The Beaver Falls High School graduate was not credited with any tackles.

Thomas played in 11 games during the season, missing two because of a knee injury, and had 47 tackles, four tackles for loss, 1 1/2 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble. Pitt finished 6-7.
