WPIAL Class A Black Hills Conference
Clairton (3-0, 3-0) at Monessen (3-0, 3-0), 7:30 p.m. -- Clairton might not have had a tougher test in the regular season during its 50-game winning streak. Getting No. 51 against Chavas Rawlins and Monessen won’t be easy.
Friday
WPIAL Class AAAA Foothills Conference
McKeesport (1-2, 1-1) at Penn-Trafford (2-1, 2-0), 7:30 p.m. -- A week after McKeesport gained its first win, the Tigers could leap right back into the conference championship chase by beating the Warriors.
WPIAL Class AAAA Southeastern Conference
Canon-McMillan (0-3, 0-2) at Bethel Park (1-2, 1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- Canon-McMillan was shutout the last two weeks, a span in which Bethel Park managed just seven points in each of its games.
Mt. Lebanon (2-1, 2-0) at Baldwin (1-2, 1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- Blue Devils quarterback Tyler Roth threw four touchdowns in last week’s 49-14 victory against Plum.
Penn Hills (2-1, 2-1) at Upper St. Clair (3-0, 3-0), 7:30 p.m. -- USC quarterback Pete Coughlin accounted for six touchdowns a week ago – five passing and one rushing.
WPIAL Class AAA Big Nine Conference
Elizabeth Forward (1-2, 1-2) at Belle Vernon (1-2, 1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- Jaquan Davidson’s four touchdowns helped Elizabeth Forward earn its first win last week at Laurel Highlands.
Ringgold (2-1, 2-1) at Uniontown (1-2, 1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- Ringgold appears to have the have the better defense. The only points the Rams surrendered to Belle Vernon last week came on a safety.
Thomas Jefferson (3-0, 2-0) at Trinity (2-1, 2-0), 7:30 p.m. -- Both of these teams gained blowout wins a week ago – TJ, 55-0, against Hollidaysburg, and Trinity, 54-0, against Albert Gallatin.
West Mifflin (3-0, 3-0) at Albert Gallatin (0-3, 0-2), 7:30 p.m. -- West Mifflin’s Jimmy Wheeler has rushed for 545 yards and seven touchdowns the past two games.

Quaker Valley (1-2, 1-2) at Keystone Oaks (0-3, 0-3), 7 p.m. -- It’s been a rough start for Keystone Oaks, which has managed to score just seven points.
Seton-LaSalle (3-0, 3-0) at Steel Valley (1-2, 1-2), 7 p.m. -- After facing one Brumbaugh brother last week (South Fayette’s Brett Brumbaugh), the Ironmen get another (Seton-LaSalle’s Luke Brumbaugh).
South Allegheny (2-1, 1-1) at South Park (1-2, 1-1), 7:30 p.m. -- Coach Pat Monroe and the Gladiators hope to extend their winning streak to three games.
WPIAL Class AA Interstate Conference
Mount Pleasant (3-0, 3-0) at Charleroi (0-3, 0-3), 7 p.m. -- With Charleroi this week and a home contest against Yough on deck, the Vikings could find themselves at 5-0 in two weeks.
Washington (3-0, 3-0) at Yough (2-1, 2-1), 7 p.m. -- Few running backs in the WPIAL have been as good as Washington’s Shai McKenzie.

Bishop Canevin (3-0, 3-0) at California (0-3, 0-3), 7:30 p.m. -- All the talk this week will be on the Clairton-Monessen matchup, while Bishop Canevin will continue to fly under the radar.
Carlynton (0-3, 0-3) at Serra Catholic (0-3, 0-3), 7:30 p.m. -- Having been blanked its first two games, Serra scored 13 points last week against Chartiers-Houston.
Fort Cherry (2-1, 2-1) at Brentwood (1-2, 1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- Brentwood looks to snap a two-game losing streak against a Fort Cherry team that lost to Monessen last week.
Imani Christian (2-1, 2-1) at Chartiers-Houston (1-2, 1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- In its first season in the WPIAL, Imani Christian showed its no pushover by defeating Brentwood a week ago.
WPIAL Class A Tri-County South Conference
Beth-Center (3-0, 3-0) at Bentworth (0-3, 0-3), 7 p.m. -- Desperate for a win, Bentworth squares off against a Beth-Center squad that has given up only six points thus far.
Non-Conference
Chartiers Valley (1-2) at Ellwood City (0-3), 7:30 p.m. -- Chartiers Valley managed just a fourth-quarter touchdown in a 49-7 loss to Central Valley last week.
Freedom (1-2) at McGuffey (1-2), 7:30 p.m. -- Ed Dalton won his first game as McGuffey’s coach last week with the help of James Duchi’s 236 yards rushing.
Peters Township (2-1) at Shaler (0-3), 7:30 p.m. -- Peters Township will try to put last week’s blowout loss to Upper St. Clair quickly behind them.
Saturday

South Fayette (3-0, 3-0) at Burgettstown (0-3, 0-3), 12:30 p.m. -- This one could get ugly fast. South Fayette has outscored its opponents, 145-6. Burgettstown has been outscored, 110-0.
