East boys’ basketball: PIAA tournament schedule for the week of March 4-10

Class AAAA

On Saturday, March 10, WPIAL Champion Gateway (20-6) will play the winner of the March  6 preliminary round game between Seneca Valley and Mifflin County. The game is 6:00pm at North Allegheny High School.

Also on March 10, WPIAL runner-up Central Catholic (15-11) will play State College Area (17-4) at Altoona Area High School at 6:00pm.

Class AA

Greensburg Central Catholic (19-6) will travel to Gannon University in Erie to face North East High School. The game is on Saturday at 3pm.

On the same day, Jeannette (16-8) will face Smethport at Clarion University at 6:00pm.
