City League updates on Sports Town in Winter 2012-13
Over the next few weeks, we’ll break down each sport and explain how your City League teams now fit into the PIAA’s system. Each breakdown will give the path City League teams could take to become state champions.
After City League regular season schedules begin, we’ll put the coverage on a more regular schedule. Early each week, the game schedules (and any relevant score updates) will be posted.
In the middle of the week, (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), we will post the City League stories that are most salient (i.e., athletes with remarkable achievements, teams making tournament/invite appearances, etc.)
Thursdays and Fridays this winter will be about basketball updates. We’ll select some of the week’s most interesting games and bring the details to your attention.
Thursdays and Fridays will also be about cluing you in to any upcoming events for City League teams over the weekend.
