Video: North Allegheny, Baldwin, Latrobe, and others fall short of state pole-vault competition

Written by Cara DeCarlo on .

At the pole vault pit, individual competiton is highly selective. Only two qualifiers are going to the PIAA state meet from the WPIAL championships this year. Those vaulters are both from Laurel Highlands: Jesse Laverdiere (15-0) and Jacob Hensh (14-6).

However, North Allegheny's Brett Neugebauer came very close. Neugebauer sailed for 14-0 last Thursday.

This video also includes vaulters from Norwin, Baldwin, and maybe even some other schools that end with "win."
