When was the last time the Commodores finished the season with a losing record?
"I don't know. It's been a while," said Corona, who entered his seventh season as the team's head coach with an impressive 122-62 record. "I don't remember it happening while I've been here."
The Commodores were 13-13 at the end of the 2004-05 season. The last time they had a losing record was the 2000-01 campaign when they were 11-14 overall and 9-9 in the City League.
That's Perry's only losing season since at least 1985-86. But the Commodores won't finish above .500 this season unless they get hot down the stretch."
