Written by Drew Karpen on .

GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Waynesburg University softball team saw three of its own honored on the All-Presidents'Skon Waynesburg Athletic Conference (PAC) Softball teams, which were released on Monday afternoon. Sophomore first baseman Alex Lawrence and freshman infielder Ashley Dubovich were given the nod as second-team honorees, while freshman Rachel Skon was lauded as an honorable mention pick.

Like Dubovich, Skon, a Brashear graduate, was utilized in multiple spots around the field by head coach Richele Hall, although she spent most of her starts behind home plate. Skon hit .298 with 34 hits, which were the second-most on the team. Her 18 RBI also ranked behind only Lawrence, while her five-for-five effort in stolen bases were second-best on the squad.
