The WPIAL released its first performance list of the season Monday, an event-by-event listing of top times and marks that will be used to determine which athletes qualify for the WPIAL championships.

Four Baldwin standouts top the list in their respective events.

Senior Casey Conboy, senior Dave Johnston, sophomore Arlen Hooks and junior Laurel Bristow have gotten off to great starts this spring and all four will earn spots at next month's championships.

Conboy tops the list of 3,200-meter runners with a time of 9:41.10. Johnston has the top pole vault of 14 feet. Hooks has run a top time of 41.11 in the 300 hurdles. Bristow heads the list of javelin throwers with a heave of 123-6.

Conboy's time earned him the title at the Tri-State Track Coaches Association championships April 8. He also won the event at last Friday's Cal Track Carnival. Johnston won the pole vault title, while Hooks won both the 110 and 300 hurdles.
